Gulf Loads is a freight brokerage. We do not own or operate trucks ourselves; instead, we connect shippers, suppliers, and businesses with a network of third-party truck carriers, and coordinate related services such as customs clearance, road transport, container transport, and steel cargo movement across the GCC.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services and does not itself constitute an offer or a binding agreement for the carriage of goods.

Quotes and Requests

Submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp is an inquiry only. It does not create a contract between you and Gulf Loads. Any actual freight brokerage engagement, including pricing, timelines, and carrier assignment, is governed by a separate agreement or confirmation issued directly to you.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks connected to it
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our written consent
